Our management software allows landlords to view tenants lease and rent information, view income & expenditure reports & manage their rental statements online. Our fully electronic banking facilities provide tenants with easy rent payment options. We encourage tenants to pay the full rent amount due, not part payments. Each month we forward you an itemised statement showing all rental income and payments made on your behalf. We electronically deposit your money as cleared funds, into your nominated account on the first business day of the month.

Communication & Vacancy Minimisation


To minimise the vacancy of your property we implement a number of strategies including ensuring marketing & required maintenance is carried out prior to the previous tenant vacating, aligning lease end dates with peak demand and coordinating contractors to have the property ready for new tenants. All tenants sign a fixed term lease agreement when they move into the property and these are renewed on a 6 or 12 month basis, depending on your instruction.
